Jakki
Service Manager
Day-to-day operations of our Service is managed by our Service Manager, Jakki Schwartz. Jakki has over 10 years experience in children's contact services and over 15 years experience in the Social Work Sector.
Prior to her role as Service Manager for Holding Hands Family Services in 2017, Jakki was the Co-ordinator of one of the leading Government Funded Children's Contact Services in Sydney.
Jakki holds a Bachelor of Social Work, Post Graduate certification in Social Work supervision and is considered to be one of the most experienced Service Managers in children's contact work.
Benjamin
General Manager
Our General Manager, Benjamin Goddard joined our Service Manager Jakki Schwartz to establish Holding Hands Family Services in 2017
Benjamin brings almost two decades of commercial experience to his role at Holding Hands Family Services. He has a wealth of knowledge in the areas of business development, online commerce and digital marketing.
Natalie
Assistant Service Manager
Natalie - our Assistant Service Manager - provides training and development, clinical direction and clinical supervision at Holding Hands.
Natalie has a Masters in Child and Adolescent Psychology and a Masters in Social Work. She is a registered Play Therapist with over 10 years experience working across several programs in family law such as family law counselling, group work, child inclusive practice and children contact services.
Sam
Parent Support Specialist
In her previous role as Senior Contact Worker, Sam conducted Intake Assessments as well as being the allocated Contact Worker for several of our past families. This affords Sam a unique view in her role as a Parent Support Specialist who now supports our families through their contact journeys.
Sam has her BA (Hon) Social Work and many years of specialised experience working with families after separation. She is passionate about ensuring all children feel felt, valued and loved.
Nicole
Senior Contact Worker
Nicole delivers a strengths-based program to support parents in building a positive relationship with their children through separation. Her sessions are conducted with respect, honesty and an understanding of the complexities unique to each family.
Jess
Senior Contact Worker
Even though Jess is our most recent addition to our Senior Contact Worker team, she bring with her a wealth of knowledge gained from a decades worth of experience in Children's Contact programs - so naturally she fits right in!
